At Ricci Apparel, your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. The delivery date shown in your USPS tracking confirmation is used as the starting point of this window.
Item condition requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition with no signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
- Returned in the original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories included
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
- Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories

How to initiate a return
All returns must be authorised before any item is sent back to us. Items mailed back without prior authorisation will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@ricciapparel.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please attach clear photos of the issue.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours on business days. If approved, we will send you the return address and full instructions.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorisation email.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives defective, damaged during transit, or contains the wrong item, please contact us atsupport@ricciapparel.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once we confirm the issue, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you the choice of a full replacement or a complete refund.
For items visibly damaged upon delivery, please also retain the original packaging as it may be needed for a USPS carrier claim.
Change of mind returns
We accept change of mind returns within the 30-day window as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
We are happy to help you exchange an item for a different size or style. Simply contact our support team at support@ricciapparel.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Once we confirm availability and receive your return, the replacement item will be dispatched at no additional shipping cost to you.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@ricciapparel.com or call +13076219073. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order has entered handling. If the cancellation is successful before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
Refund process & timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit unless explicitly requested by the customer.
Return shipping costs summary

- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: return shipping is fully covered by Ricci Apparel
- Change of mind or wrong size: return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable
- No restocking fees are charged under any circumstances
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns, as we cannot be held liable for packages lost in return transit.
