If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will be notified by email at the address provided at checkout.

Price changes do not apply retroactively to orders that have already been confirmed. Promotional prices are valid only during the stated promotional period.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel that order and issue a full refund, even after confirmation has been sent.

We ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. All shipping timeframes, carrier information, and delivery conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside our control are beyond our liability. Ricci Apparel remains responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

9. Returns and refunds

Briefly: we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled at no cost to you.
