Shipping policy

At Ricci Apparel, we want every order to reach you smoothly and on time. This page explains everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order within the United States.

Shipping destination

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order processing

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. Please allow the following timeframes before your order leaves our facility:

Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Shipping carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.

Order tracking

You can follow your shipment in real time using your tracking number through two options:

  • The tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email
  • Our Track Your Order page on our website

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to appear in the system. USPS scan events can occasionally be delayed at the first checkpoint.

Delivery timeframes & delays

Our estimated delivery window of 6–10 business days covers the vast majority of orders. However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High carrier volume (e.g. holiday seasons)
  • Severe weather conditions or natural events
  • USPS operational disruptions

If your tracking shows no update for more than 3 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@ricciapparel.com and we will investigate with USPS on your behalf.

Lost or missing packages

A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 8 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, and this has been confirmed with USPS. In such cases, we will arrange either a full replacement or a complete refund — whichever you prefer.

If an item is missing from your delivery upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.

Ricci Apparel remains responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Order cancellations & modifications

We process orders quickly to minimise handling time. For this reason, changes to an order cannot be guaranteed once it has been placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@ricciapparel.com or call us at +13076219073. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order enters dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before confirming your purchase. For security and operational reasons, we are unable to modify a shipping address once the order has been placed and processing has begun.

Ricci Apparel is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. In such cases, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ricciapparel.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will assess your case promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated date at the top.
